لكن لا تعتقد ان البيئة التي شعرت فيها بالضعف يمكن ان تشعرك بالقوة مرة اخرى عليك الابتعاد عن ما يؤذيك حتى تصل الى راحتك النفسية ولو كان صعبا في البادئة التخلي
